The Ashton Group - New ERP System

From Tuesday November 5th The Ashton Group and the three companies within it, Ashton Seals Ltd, Ashtons (Sheffield) Ltd and Ashton Corporate Clothing will “Go Live” with our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

This will mark the end of a 12 month process, the result of which will allow us to provide our customers with a more efficient service with improved productivity throughout every aspect of our business.

All open Purchase and Sales Orders will be moved to the new system and will remain the same. We will not be reissuing Purchase Orders or Order Confirmations.

The transfer of data from our old to the new system will take place on Friday 1st and Monday 4th November and during these two days we will continue to distribute some products however it is likely that our ability to quickly turn round products will be restricted during these two days. Therefore we would encourage customers to forward plan where possible with their product requirements.

Existing suppliers will be automatically enrolled in our new integrated supplier database. We will be able to continue to receive deliveries as normal during this period.

We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and exceeding these expectations is at the heart of the new ERP project. Our aim is for a smooth transition, but we would encourage you to contact us at any time if you have any questions or concerns.
